Who Can Benefit from the Scheme?
Children aged 0 to 21 years are eligible if they are left without care due to:
- Death of the father
- Father missing for more than 2 years
- Parents serving long-term imprisonment
- Parents suffering from severe mental or physical disability

- Father’s death certificate OR 100% disability certificate
- Police missing report (7+ years) / Court divorce order / Proof of imprisonment (2+ years)
- Haryana domicile proof (Voter ID, Ration Card, or Family ID)

Who is Not Eligible?
- Children whose parents or guardians are already receiving a government family pension cannot avail of this scheme.
