At the Block Development and Panchayat Office, Guhla, 81 needy TB patients received nutrition kits under the Nikshay Mitra Yojana, supported by village panchayats and sarpanches.

Block Development Officer Samita stated that under the guidance of DC Preeti and SDM Captain Pramesh Singh, and with District Red Cross Society’s support, TB patients are being provided nutrition kits. Guhla sarpanches have committed to supplying these kits for six months. She urged the public to support TB patients at all levels.

District Red Cross Secretary Ramji Lal emphasized that Kaithal is progressing towards TB eradication. He advised that persistent cough, fever, night sweats, appetite loss, and weight loss are TB symptoms, and free treatment is available at all health centers.
