An awareness program was organized on the occasion of World Water Day at the Government Primary School in Tarawali village, Guhla Subdivision, under the chairmanship of Head Teacher Lakhwinder Singh and the leadership of Teacher Gurdeep Urlana.
On this occasion, Teacher Gurdeep Singh emphasized the importance, necessity, and conservation of water. He stated that World Water Day is observed every year on March 22 to raise awareness about water conservation. He highlighted that people unknowingly waste water and stressed the need to adopt measures like rainwater harvesting to prevent wastage.

Teacher Surjeet Singh educated students on simple ways to conserve water in daily life. He advised them to turn off taps while brushing their teeth and to use a bucket or mug instead of running water in toilets to prevent unnecessary wastage.
The event was attended by Gurdeep Urlana, Veero Devi, Sheeshpal Sair, Surjeet Ram, Lakhwinder Singh, Parmjeet Kaur, Baby Devi, and other teachers and staff members.
