Children Dedicate Trees to Mothers in ‘One Tree for Mom’ Campaign

Cheeka, Sept 12 – In a heartfelt initiative at Government Primary School, Taranwali, children combined environmental protection with maternal respect through the ‘One Tree for Mom’ campaign. Over 70 saplings were planted within the school campus and around their homes, each dedicated to the children’s mothers.

Program with an Emotional Message

The event began with a prayer assembly. Junior Red Cross Counselor Gurdeep Urlana delivered a touching message, stating, “Just as mothers give us life, trees give life to this earth.”

Every Tree a Symbol of Motherhood

Teacher Shishpal Sair added, “Every tree will remind us of a mother’s love and care.” His words struck a deep emotional chord among students.
