CPR Training: A Life-Saving Skill
Guhla Cheeka, September 29, 2025 – St. John Ambulance International Association India, Kaithal branch, organized an evaluation session of youth trained in first aid at Arnauli Hospital. Renowned doctor Animesh Bhatla highlighted the importance of proper first aid, saying that CPR Training (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) can save 80 out of 100 patients if given on time.
He emphasized that unconscious patients with stopped breathing or heartbeat must receive CPR immediately, and that every citizen should know this life-saving technique.
Incomplete Knowledge Can Be Dangerous
Dr. Bhatla warned that incomplete or improper training could put a patient’s life at risk. He stressed that CPR must be practiced on mannequins for effective learning and real-life application. He encouraged trained youth to use their skills responsibly for social change and community service.
