District Collector Preeti called to congratulate Arpan and his family personally. She shared the news that Arpan will be honored at the Independence Day function. The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) announced the 12th Result 2025 on Tuesday. Arpan’s name stood at the top, highlighting not just his achievement but the quality education being delivered in government schools.

DC Preeti appreciated the efforts of government school teachers, saying they play a big role in shaping students’ futures. District Education Officer Ramdiya Gagat emphasized how special Arpan’s rank is. He said Arpan is the only student in the HBSE 12th Result 2025 top 10 list from a government school. This is not only an individual victory but a huge achievement for the entire district of Kaithal.
