Prof. Raja Singh Jhinjar Receives Book of World Record London Honor

Guhla-Cheeka, September 22, 2025 – Prof. (Retd.) Raja Singh Jhinjar, gold medalist and former history professor, was honored by St. John Ambulance International Association India after his name was recorded in the Book of World Record London for his remarkable contributions in education and social service.

The recognition was formally conveyed through a letter from Dr. Ivan Gasina, Head of the European Union, Republic of Croatia, to St. John Ambulance India, New Delhi. Along with the honor, Jhinjar received a certificate, medal, memento, appreciation letter, and the organization’s logo memorabilia.

National President Dr. Rajpal Punia felicitated Jhinjar with a floral welcome and sweets, handing over the awards with great pride.

Hard Work and Dedication Lead to Success

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Punia emphasized that success in life can only be achieved through determination and dedication. He added, “Our achievements become the foundation of social inspiration, motivating others to strive harder. Every citizen must perform their duties with sincerity to contribute to social and national development.”

A Legacy of Service and Recognition

Prof. Jhinjar’s journey includes a distinguished career in the education department where he contributed significantly not only to teaching but also to administrative responsibilities and social service. For his exemplary service, he has been honored multiple times at the sub-divisional, district, state, national, and even international levels, earning silver and gold medals.

Dr. Punia highlighted that Jhinjar has pursued education relentlessly, securing three undergraduate and five postgraduate degrees along with various diplomas, showcasing his lifelong commitment to learning.

Leaders and Social Workers Laud the Achievement

National Human Rights and Crime Control Bureau’s State President Mahender Singh Dhaniya congratulated Jhinjar, calling the recognition a result of his unwavering dedication to society and the nation.

Social worker Surender Singla remarked, “Service rendered with honesty and truthfulness always bears sweet fruit. Recognition is one of life’s highest achievements.”

Dr. Rajendra Kumar Saini, National First Aid Specialist, said it was a moment of pride for the region that Jhinjar’s name has been inscribed in the Book of World Record.
