Honorary Doctorate for Excellence

Kaithal, August 19, 2025 – Prof. Raja Singh Jhijhar has been awarded the prestigious Honorary Doctorate by Music and Art University, Delhi for his outstanding contributions in education and social service.

Dr. Rajpal Punia, National President of St. John Ambulance International Association India, congratulated Jhijhar and said:
“A person who treats duty as their life’s mission never lags behind. Dedication and sincerity are the true keys to achieving life’s highest milestones.”

Recognition of Service and Achievements

Prof. Jhijhar, a Gold Medalist, is known not only for his excellence in teaching and administration but also for his remarkable work in first aid training and social service. Over the years, he has received several national and international awards, including multiple gold medals.

On his arrival in Kaithal, he was given a grand welcome with flowers and sweets by well-wishers.

Admiration from Scholars and Social Leaders

Dr. Rajendra Saini, Brand Ambassador of First Aid Training and Director of Kurukshetra Fire Safety Institute, praised Jhijhar’s lifelong dedication, saying that honest work and service always bring respect and become a source of social inspiration.

Former Red Cross Secretary Sumer Saini added that the proudest moment is seeing Jhijhar’s name included in the Magic Book of Records.

Academic Excellence and Career

Prof. Jhijhar holds five Master’s degrees and has dedicated over 31 years to education. Beyond teaching, he has created a strong impact in community service and public welfare programs.

The honorary doctorate was conferred by University Vice-Chancellor Dr. C.P. Yadav, Registrar Dr. Sushmita Dey, and scholar Dr. Rakesh Narayan at The Castle of Art Theatre, Delhi.

Several dignitaries congratulated Prof. Jhijhar, including Mahendra Singh Dhania (National Human Rights & Crime Control Bureau, State President), Neelam Singla (Anti-Crime, Anti-Corruption, State President), Dr. Ramkumar, Chander Bhan Verma, Anil Garg, Surender Singla, Boota Singh, Dr. Anil Sharma, Navin Kumar, Mohan Lal, Shamsher Singh Sirohi, Mahender Singh Sida, Om Pal Rana, Pratap Singh, and others.
