Kaithal, August 25 – Deputy Commissioner (DC) Preeti emphasized that the Samadhan Camps are ensuring speedy redressal of public grievances. Citizens are now getting their problems resolved at one place, without the need to visit multiple government offices.
Officials Listen to Citizens’ Complaints
On Monday, a district-level Samadhan Camp was organized at the Mini Secretariat auditorium, where officers from different departments heard and addressed the grievances of local residents.
One-Stop Solution for Public Issues
DC Preeti highlighted that through these camps, complaints related to various administrative and government departments are being resolved on the spot. This initiative not only saves time but also strengthens citizens’ trust in governance.
Government Committed to Public Welfare
She assured that the district administration and the Haryana Government are committed to assisting citizens and resolving their problems quickly. “The participation of people in these camps reflects their faith in the administration,” DC Preeti noted.
Camps Held Twice a Week
The DC appealed to the public to make use of this facility. Any citizen facing an issue with any government department can attend the camps, which are organized every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Mini Secretariat.
