Pathankot, September 4, 2025 – Punjab Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchakk, along with Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers, took charge of flood relief efforts in the Bamiyaal and Narot Jaimal Singh areas of Pathankot district, where heavy rains and rising Ravi river water severely affected local life, homes, shops, and roads.
During the inspection, Minister Kataruchakk, along with AAP leaders and volunteers, helped construct temporary embankments at Kohliyan Morh and other vulnerable points along the Ravi river, where floodwaters were causing soil erosion and threatening farmlands.
