SP Aastha Modi Chairs Police-Public Coordination Meeting in Kaithal

Strengthening Police-Public Relations

In line with the Haryana DGP’s directives, a district-level Police-Public Coordination Committee has been formed in Kaithal. On Monday, Superintendent of Police (SP) Aastha Modi chaired a key meeting at the SP office to strengthen cooperation between the police and the community.

Community Participation

Prominent citizens from various villages and towns attended the meeting, presenting local concerns and highlighting pressing issues in their respective areas.

Issues Raised During the Meeting

The participants discussed several challenges, including:

  • The growing menace of drug trafficking
  • Illegal betting and gambling activities
  • Traffic management problems
  • Other local law and order issues

SP’s Response and Assurances

SP Aastha Modi listened carefully to all concerns and directed officials to take strict action against anti-social elements. She emphasized that a crime-free and secure society can only be established through strong cooperation between police and the public.

Call for Public Support

SP Modi appealed to citizens to remain alert and report any suspicious activity immediately. She assured that timely police action would be taken to ensure the safety and security of the community.
