Three Arrested in Cheeka House Theft, Including Woman

CIA-1 Kaithal Cracks Down on Burglary

Kaithal, September 18 – In a major breakthrough against property-related crimes, CIA-1 Kaithal, led by SI Jaswant Singh and ASI Kamaljeet Singh, arrested three accused in connection with a house burglary in Cheeka.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Vikas alias Rahul (resident of Shahabad, Kurukshetra), Rahul alias Rabla (resident of Amba Colony, Cheeka), and Pindarpal Kaur (resident of Brahamna village, Patiala, Punjab).

Complainant’s Report and Stolen Items

According to a complaint filed by Balwinder Singh, resident of Cheeka, unknown persons broke into his and his brother’s locked house. Items stolen included:

  • A motorcycle
  • An inverter
  • A gas cylinder and stove
  • Microwave oven and LED TV
  • 20 silver coins
  • Gold and silver jewelry
  • Other valuables

A case was registered at Cheeka Police Station.

Recovery and Court Action

The investigation revealed that accused Rahul alias Rabla and Pindarpal Kaur were already lodged in Kaithal jail in another case, while Vikas was confined in Kurukshetra jail. Their arrests in this case were made possible through production warrants issued by the court.

Police recovered the bike used in the burglary along with broken locks. Following court orders, Vikas has been sent to judicial custody, while Rahul alias Rabla and Pindarpal Kaur have been remanded to two days of police custody for further interrogation.
