In this camp, students and teachers actively participated in practicing yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. The camp began with subtle exercises, followed by yogic activities conducted by Suresh Kumar and Pooja Ma’am.

The chief guest of the yoga camp was the school principal, Mr. Rakesh Sharma, who also performed various asanas and pranayama during the session. On this occasion, Acharya Hariom Ji from Patanjali Yoga Committee, Cheeka, guided all the participants in performing numerous yoga postures.
Today’s session included Padmasana, Gomukhasana, Sarvangasana, Setu Bandhasana, and several pranayama techniques.
The principal emphasized the importance of regular yoga practice, stating that daily yoga and exercise contribute to good health and strengthen our thoughts.
