Kaithal Police Arrests Another in Warehouse Theft Case

In a continued effort to crack down on crime, Kaithal’s City Police have arrested another suspect in a warehouse theft case. The arrest was made by SI Randeep Singh and his team. The accused, Sinder alias Sukhwinder, a resident of Mandvi village, Punjab, was taken into custody under legal procedure.

This development adds a new chapter in the investigation of a theft that took place in late December 2024. With this arrest, police have now apprehended four individuals in connection with the case.

December Robbery: A Violent Warehouse Break-in

What Happened That Night?

On the night of December 26, around five to six unknown men attacked a warehouse located on Cheeka Road, Kaithal. According to the complaint filed by Rajesh Kumar, the owner of Durga Enterprises and a resident of Hooda Sector-20, the intruders beat up the guard before robbing the place.

They stole several items including transformer wires, a water motor, the guard’s mobile phone, and the DVR system of the CCTV cameras. The incident left the warehouse damaged and the security personnel injured.

Case Registered, Investigation Began Immediately

The police acted quickly. A case was registered at the City Police Station, and an investigation was launched. Within days, three suspects were caught. However, one key accused—Sinder—was still missing from the scene.

Unbeknownst to investigators at the time, Sinder was already serving time in Kaithal Jail for another case. Once this was discovered, authorities began the legal process to bring him in for questioning regarding the warehouse theft.

Legal Steps: Production Warrant Issued

How the Police Closed in on the Fourth Accused

After confirming the accused’s presence in jail, Kaithal police secured a production warrant through the court. This allowed them to question Sinder legally within the framework of the law.

Following a thorough interrogation, the police found enough evidence to arrest him in connection with the Cheeka Road warehouse case. The accused has now been sent to judicial custody, following court directives.

A Pattern of Crime: Not the First Offense

Sinder is no stranger to the law. Sources reveal that he has been involved in other criminal activities as well. His current imprisonment and the fresh allegations point to a deeper criminal background.

The arrest has shed light on the network involved in the theft. Police are continuing the investigation to identify others who might be connected.

Public Reactions: Relief and Appreciation

Citizens Applaud Swift Police Action

Local residents and the business community have expressed relief at the arrests. For warehouse owners and traders in Kaithal, the incident was a reminder of the risks they face. However, the prompt and effective response by law enforcement has helped rebuild confidence.

Business owners are now calling for stronger security measures in industrial areas. Some are also demanding regular night patrols to prevent such crimes in the future.

Police Commitment: Continued Action Against Crime

Law Enforcement Sends a Clear Message

Kaithal police have reaffirmed their commitment to making the city safer. SI Randeep Singh, along with his team, has been at the forefront of this investigation. Their efforts highlight the importance of persistence, teamwork, and community cooperation in solving crimes.

The department has also warned that criminal activity will be met with strict legal action. Cases like these are a signal to offenders that Kaithal is no longer a safe haven for crime.

What This Means for Kaithal

Crime Prevention Through Strong Law Enforcement

This arrest is more than just another headline. It represents the power of timely intervention, smart investigation, and legal precision. The police didn’t stop at the first few arrests. They dug deeper, followed leads, and used the legal system effectively to bring justice.

For the people of Kaithal, this is a win. It sends a message that the system is working—and it’s working in their favor.

Conclusion: Justice Through Determined Policing

The capture of the fourth accused in the Cheeka Road warehouse theft is another sign of the police’s dedication to justice. With continued efforts, strong leadership, and community support, Kaithal police are taking bold steps toward a safer society.

Residents can now feel more secure knowing that lawbreakers will face consequences. And with each successful operation, the city moves closer to a crime-free environment.
