SDM Office Launches Weekly Grievance Camps for Public Problem Solving
Cheeka, July 22:
In an effort to ensure prompt redressal of public grievances, SDM Captain Pramesh Singh announced that Samadhan Shivirs (Grievance Redressal Camps) are being held twice a week at the sub-divisional level. These camps are organized every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the SDM office in Guhla-Cheeka.
The camps aim to address a wide range of citizen concerns related to Property IDs, old age pensions, Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID), electricity, education, health services, and more. Citizens can get their issues resolved on the spot without the need for multiple office visits.
SDM Captain Pramesh Singh emphasized that all concerned department officials remain present at the same location during the camp, making the process efficient and well-coordinated. “Departments are working in mutual coordination to solve public issues on priority. The administration is committed to implementing the welfare schemes of the state government effectively,” he said.
He urged citizens to participate in these camps and take full advantage of the services being offered. “The problems brought to these camps are being resolved on a priority basis. Public participation is key to the success of such initiatives,” he added.
