Grievance redressal camps are now being held twice a week at the SDM office in Cheeka to address citizens’ concerns promptly. SDM Captain Parmesh Singh announced that these camps will take place every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 PM.
Residents can visit the camps to resolve issues related to property IDs, old-age pensions, Parivar Pehchan Patra (family ID cards), electricity, education, health, and other services on the spot.
According to SDM Singh, the initiative has proved effective in delivering solutions swiftly. All relevant officials are present at the same time and location, enabling coordinated action across departments.
He emphasized that the administration is fully committed to implementing state welfare schemes and resolving public grievances efficiently. Problems raised during these sessions are given top priority to ensure citizens receive timely support.
People are encouraged to attend these camps to get their concerns addressed without delay.
