Weekly Grievance Camps to Address Public Issues
Camps Held Twice a Week
Guhla-Cheeka, August 20 – To ensure quick redressal of public grievances, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Captain Parmesh Singh announced that grievance camps are being organized twice a week at the SDM office. These camps are held every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 PM.
Immediate Solutions for Citizens
During the camps, citizens can get on-the-spot solutions for issues related to property IDs, old-age pensions, family ID cards, electricity, education, health, and more.
SDM Singh explained that the purpose of these camps is to bring together all concerned officers at one place so that problems are resolved immediately without unnecessary delays.
Coordinated Efforts by Departments
He emphasized that different departments work in close coordination during the camps. Any complaint received is addressed directly by the responsible officers present at the venue.
