Six Accused Arrested in Four Separate Theft Cases

Kaithal, March 25 – Acting on the orders of SP Rajesh Kalia, the district police have arrested six accused in connection with four separate theft cases.

According to the police spokesperson, in the first case, the Anti-Vehicle Staff team led by SI Jaibhagwan arrested Amarjeet, a resident of Balu village. The arrest was made based on a complaint filed by Satpal Singh from Rohediya village, who reported that his bike was stolen from the Old Grain Market on June 3, 2021. A case was registered at the City Police Station, and the stolen bike had already been recovered.

In the second case, ASI Suresh Kumar from Titaram Police Station arrested Rajpal, Sonu, and Roshan from Farl village. The arrest was made following a complaint by Azad from Harsola village, who reported the theft of a motor starter, 60-foot wire, inverter, battery, a fan, stove cylinder, tractor tow chain, and other items from his farm on the night of February 26. A case was registered at Titaram Police Station. The three accused were already in district jail for another case, and their arrest in this matter was secured through a production warrant issued by the court.

In the third case, ASI Bhupendra Singh from Guhla Police Station arrested Rahul Kumar from Salempur village. He was caught red-handed while attempting to steal a sack of wheat from a flour mill owned by Arjun from Kharodi village on March 21. A case was registered at Guhla Police Station.

In the fourth case, ASI Narendra Singh from Siwan Police Station arrested Sukhwinder Singh alias Kalu from Siwan village. The arrest was made based on a complaint by Khem Singh from Kheri Gulam Ali village, who reported that 30 feet of submersible wire was stolen from his farm storage on March 24. The police recovered 7 feet of stolen wire from Sukhwinder’s possession.

The police are proceeding with further legal action as per the rules.
