Kaithal, September 17. MLA Satpal Jamba said that to build a clean nation and state, everyone must take collective steps towards cleanliness. Clean surroundings are not only essential for health but also for the progress of society and the nation. He emphasized that “Cleanliness brings health, and health brings prosperity.”
Service, dedication, and cleanliness giving society a new direction
The MLA stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the campaign of service, dedication, and cleanliness is inspiring society and giving it a new direction. He highlighted PM Modi’s vision of making India a developed nation by 2047 and said every citizen must contribute towards this goal.
Havan and cleanliness drive at Poondrik Teerth
On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, a Havan Yagya and cleanliness drive were organized at Poondrik Teerth in Pundri. MLA Satpal Jamba, along with local citizens, participated in the drive and cleaned the temple premises.
Dirt causes diseases, cleanliness ensures health
In his address, the MLA said that dirt and filth give rise to many diseases that affect human life. Therefore, it is the duty of every citizen to keep their homes, neighborhoods, and public places clean. He urged people to throw garbage only in dustbins and avoid using polythene.
Purpose: to create awareness among citizens
MLA Jamba explained that the aim of such cleanliness campaigns is to spread awareness among citizens and make cleanliness a part of daily life. He called on people to adopt cleanliness as a habit and create a healthy environment for future generations.
