DAV College Cheeka Ashish Kumar Wins Gold in Kurukshetra Universityโ€™s Inter-College Judo Championship

Dr. Jasbir Singh: Ashishโ€™s Win Reflects True Sportsmanship and Physical Excellence

Cheeka, November 7, 2025 โ€” Ashish Kumar, a student of DAV College, Cheeka, has brought glory to his institution by securing first place in the Inter-College Judo Championship organized by Kurukshetra University.
The championship, held on November 7, 2025, witnessed participation from top players representing several colleges across Haryana.

Ashish displayed exceptional judo skills, discipline, and determination, overpowering his opponents with remarkable technique and focus to claim the top position.


A Consistent Performer with Multiple Achievements

Professor Neelam Devi from the Department of Physical and Health Education praised Ashishโ€™s dedication, describing him as a hardworking and disciplined student of B.A. Final Year.
