Geeta Jayanti Celebrated with Devotional Fervor at Model Sanskriti School Celebrations : Cheeka
Guhla Cheeka – The Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School, Cheeka, celebrated the block-level Geeta Jayanti festival today with great devotion, spiritual enthusiasm and cultural vibrancy. The event was presided over by School Principal Medhavrat, while Rajesh Kumar successfully coordinated the arrangements.
The program commenced with the chanting of sacred shlokas from the Bhagavad Gita Cultural Program, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Following this, students presented speeches, devotional songs and cultural performances highlighting the teachings and significance of the Gita, including themes such as Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. The audience applauded the inspiring presentations.
Staff Contribution Appreciated
The event was supported by dedicated efforts of school staff members including Saurav, Lakshmi Narayan, Sushil, Gurvinder Singh Grewal and other team members, who worked together to make the program well-organized and memorable.

Inspiration from Gita Teachings
In his address, Principal Medhavrat stated that the Bhagavad Gita is a divine scripture that guides humanity toward a righteous and meaningful life, encouraging students to adopt its teachings in their daily lives.
Program coordinator Rajesh Kumar expressed gratitude to all participants, staff and students for their enthusiastic contribution.
The ceremony concluded with the Shanti Path (peace prayer), spreading a message of harmony and moral values. The celebration inspired students towards discipline, ethical living and love for Indian culture.
