Sub-Divisional Level Samadhan Camps Being Organized: SDM Pramesh Singh

Guhla Cheeka, January 5 – Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Captain Pramesh Singh stated that Samadhan Camps are being organized at the sub-divisional level every Monday and Thursday to ensure quick and effective redressal of public grievances. These camps have been initiated to provide a single platform where citizens can directly present their problems to administrative officers.

Speaking on the occasion, the SDM said that the Samadhan Camps are proving to be an effective medium for addressing the concerns of the general public in a transparent and time-bound manner.

No Complaints Received During Monday’s Camp

SDM Captain Pramesh Singh informed that no complaints were received during the Samadhan Camp held on Monday. He added that the administration remains fully prepared to address any issues raised by citizens during these camps.

According to him, the absence of complaints reflects either timely resolution of earlier issues or growing awareness among citizens about government services and grievance mechanisms.

Single Platform for Multiple Public Services

The SDM explained that the Samadhan Camps provide citizens with the convenience of resolving multiple issues at one place. Common problems addressed during these camps include:

  • Property ID-related issues
  • Old age pension matters
  • Family Identity Card (Parivar Pehchan Patra) corrections
  • Electricity-related complaints
  • Other administrative and civic issues

He emphasized that instead of visiting different offices, citizens can get their grievances resolved by meeting concerned officials directly during the camp.

Coordination Among Departments Ensures Faster Resolution

Captain Pramesh Singh highlighted that one of the key strengths of the Samadhan Camp initiative is inter-departmental coordination. Officers from various departments remain present at the same venue, enabling immediate communication and faster decision-making.

He said that departments are working in mutual coordination to ensure that public complaints are resolved efficiently without unnecessary delays.

Effective Tool for Public Grievance Redressal

The SDM described the Samadhan Camps as a highly effective tool for grievance redressal. He noted that many issues which earlier required repeated visits to government offices are now being resolved in a single sitting.

According to him, this system has increased public trust in the administration and strengthened transparency in governance. Citizens are also becoming more aware of their rights and available government services.

Administrative Commitment Toward Public Welfare

Captain Pramesh Singh reiterated that the administration is fully committed to resolving public grievances on priority. He encouraged citizens to make maximum use of the Samadhan Camps and approach the administration with their genuine concerns.

He further added that the initiative reflects the government’s objective of bringing administration closer to the people and ensuring hassle-free delivery of services.

Positive Response from the Public

Residents of the sub-division have welcomed the initiative, stating that it saves time and reduces unnecessary paperwork. Many citizens have appreciated the presence of senior officials at the camps, which gives them confidence that their issues will be addressed sincerely.

Officials believe that with continued public participation, the Samadhan Camps will become even more effective in the coming months.

Conclusion

The sub-divisional level Samadhan Camps being organized every Monday and Thursday under the leadership of SDM Captain Pramesh Singh have emerged as a practical and citizen-friendly initiative. By bringing all departments together under one roof, the administration has ensured quicker resolution of public grievances.

The initiative not only simplifies administrative processes but also strengthens the bond between the government and the public, making governance more responsive and efficient.
