CIA-1 Police Action : Arrest Four Accused in Kaithal Kidnapping Case as well as Assault Case

Kaithal, November 19 โ€” In a major breakthrough, the CIA-1 unit of Kaithal Police has arrested four individuals involved in the kidnapping and assault of a young man.

According to the police spokesperson, the case was registered based on the complaint of Sachin, a resident of Pai village. Sachin stated that he had an ongoing dispute with Sikander of Pai and Monti of Sismor village.


Youth Attacked, Kidnapped and Brutally Assaulted

On November 3, around 1 PM, Sachin was travelling on a motorcycle with his friend Mohit from Sega towards Kaithal. As they reached Sega village, a white car rammed into their motorcycle.

Immediately after the collision, Sikander, Sonu, Anil, Monti and Ajay Valmiki stepped out of the car armed with sticks and rods. They attacked Sachin with blunt weapons, while his companion Mohit managed to escape from the spot.

After assaulting him, the accused forcibly kidnapped Sachin and took him to Sikanderโ€™s house, where they beat him again. Later, the suspects dumped him at the Ramleela Ground of the village and fled.

His family members rushed him to GH Kaithal, from where he was referred to Kalpana Chawla Hospital, Karnal due to severe injuries. A case was registered at Police Station Titram under multiple sections related to assault, kidnapping and threats to life.


CIA-1 Team Arrests Four Accused

During the investigation, led by CIA-1 incharge SI Jaswant Singh and ASI Pradeep Kumar, the police arrested four accused โ€” Sunil and Anil of Pai, and Aryan and Sunil of Sismor.


Police Nab Main Accused Within 40 Minutes of Incident

The police spokesperson revealed that on November 3, around 1 PM, a call was received at Kaithal Control Room regarding the kidnapping and assault of a youth after his bike was hit.

Acting swiftly under the directions of SP Upasana, the police implemented sealing and naka points as per protocol.

Teams from CIA-1 and Titram Police Station worked swiftly and managed to arrest the main accused Sikander within just 40 minutes of the incident.

The spokesperson added that both parties had a long-standing rivalry, and a case between them is already under trial in Kaithal Court.
